In the app, go to Help › Purchases & support › Email Support to open Mail with our address filled in.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall Inchsmith or get a new iPhone, you can restore your Pro unlock:

1. Open Inchsmith and tap Help.
2. Go to Purchases & support.
3. Tap Restore Purchases.

Restore Purchases is also on the unlock sheet that opens from the Get Pro chip. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Is it a subscription?

No. Pro is a one-time $9.99 unlock.

Does it need internet?

No. Inchsmith works offline.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

Does it work on Android?

Not at this time.

Where is my data?

Only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
